§ 30.05 TOWN MANAGER’S AUTHORIZATION TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   (A)   The Town Manager shall be authorized to dispose of personal property after determining that the item or group of items to be disposed of has a fair market value not to exceed $5,000; that the property is no longer necessary for the conduct of public business; and that sound property management principles and financial considerations indicate that the interests of the town would best be served by disposing of the property.
   (B)   It is further provided that upon compliance with this section, the Town Manager shall have full authority to dispose of surplus personal property.
