(A) An applicant or permit holder has the right to request an informal internal review of any inspection decision made by a Building Inspector. Such review will be conducted by the Director of Community Development.
(B) A decision on the review must occur within a reasonable timeframe. The town will strive to conduct its review within 5 working days from the submission of a complete application for review.
(C) In instances where the Director of Community Development is not available to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe, the review may be conducted by the Town Manager.
