Notices of Appeals must:
A. Commence within ten (10) business days of the adverse order, requirement, decision, or determination by filing a written notice of appeal with the County Recorder's Office;
B. Identify the decision being appealed and parties making the appeal; and
C. Identify and attach a copy of the rule issued by the County Recorder Standards Board under Utah Code Section 63C-30-202 alleged to be implemented incorrectly. (Ord. 23-401, 7-10-2023)
