Candidates filing for county office or local school board office who reside in this county shall report the candidate’s itemized and total campaign contributions and expenditures to the County Clerk fourteen (14) days before the date of the regular primary election and the regular general election and no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the regular general election. If the reporting deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the report will be due the following business day.
The statement filed fourteen (14) days before the regular primary election and the regular general election shall include:
A. For each contribution, the name of the donor of the contribution, if known, and the amount of the contribution; and,
B. For each expenditure, the name of the recipient and the amount of the expenditure. (Ord. 22-394, 3-14-2022)
