6-1-2: ROADS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND EASEMENTS:
All roads, rights of way and easements presently designated as county roads and all such roads, rights of way and easements designated in the future as county roads shall be free and open for public access except as hereinafter limited. (1998 Code § 12.04.020)
