4-6-2: APPLICABILITY:
The applicability of this chapter extends to both incorporated and unincorporated sections of the county, unless an incorporated municipality within the county enacts an ordinance in accordance with Utah Code Annotated section 10-8-15 and/or 19-4-113. (Ord. 09-273, 4-13-2009)
