4-1-8: MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS:
The board of county commissioners is authorized to execute an interlocal agreement or compact on behalf of this county with any county or municipality concerning matters relating to a disaster affecting or likely to affect this county. (1998 Code § 8.30.019)
