4-1-6: ORDERS, RULES, REGULATIONS HAVING FORCE OF LAW:
All orders, rules and regulations promulgated by the board of county commissioners shall have the full force and effect of law during the "local emergency", provided a copy thereof is filed with the county clerk/auditor. (1998 Code § 8.30.017)
