A. No person shall transport or collect hazardous waste without compliance with all applicable federal, state and county laws and regulations.
B. No person shall deposit, dump, spill or otherwise allow to be placed at the Blue Bench landfill, or at any private collection station, any hazardous waste (except usual residential waste and other waste exempted from federal, state and county regulations).
C. Nothing in this chapter is intended, or shall be construed, to exempt any person from complying with all applicable county, state and federal laws and regulations regarding generation, storage, collection, transportation, processing or disposing of solid and hazardous wastes.
