3-4-7: SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT:
All county solid waste facilities shall be under the supervision of the administrator, who shall have the authority and duty to promulgate laws and regulations regarding the use and operation of such facilities. Nothing herein shall prohibit the county commission from entering into a contract with any person for the management of such facilities. (1998 Code § 8.20.100)
