3-1-12: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense and shall be punished as such. (1998 Code § 8.16.220; amd. 2010 Code)
