A. Any motor vehicle located or parked in a special parking place designated for disabled persons in violation of section 9-14-321.705 of this chapter may be towed or removed by or under the direction of the city manager.
B. The towing and storage of motor vehicles parked in violation of this division shall be in accordance with sections 9-15-321.770, 9-15-321.771 and 9-15-321.772 of this title. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
