A. Authorized: Any vehicle located or parked within the limits of any street in the city or parked in or upon any city owned parking lot which is substantially interfering with the prompt and orderly plowing or removal of snow or ice from such streets or such parking lot in violation of this division is hereby declared to be a nuisance and may be towed or removed by or under the direction of the city manager to any place designated by the city manager for safekeeping.
B. Compliance: The towing and storage of vehicles parked in violation of this division shall be in accordance with sections 9-15-321.770, 9-15-321.771, and 9-15-321.772 of this title. (Ord. 44-08, 6-16-2008)
