9-14-321.625: PARKING VIOLATIONS; EVIDENTIARY EFFECT OF REGISTRATION PLATES:
In any proceedings for violation of the parking provisions of this title, the registration plates displayed on such motor vehicle involved in such violation shall constitute prima facie evidence that the owner of such motor vehicle was the person who parked or placed such motor vehicle at the point where such violation occurred.
