7-7-31: REGISTRATION FEES:
   A.   For registrations on or after March 1, 2003, the fee for a bicycle registration shall be five dollars ($5.00). The license shall be valid for the length of time the bicycle is owned by the person to whom the license is issued.
   B.   Bicycle registration fees shall not be prorated, refundable, or transferred. (Ord. 48-09, 9-21-2009)
