7-7-20: RECKLESS OPERATOR OF A BICYCLE:
No bicyclist shall operate a bicycle recklessly or at a speed faster than is reasonably proper or in a manner so as to endanger the life, limb, or property of the bicyclist or of any other person. (Ord. 48-09, 9-21-2009)
