The city manager or the city manager's designee may order the inspection of any or all properties owned or managed by a priority category. The fee for such inspection will be as set by the city manager. The properties may be put on an accelerated inspection schedule by the city manager or the city manager's designee. If a priority category fails to comply with an inspection schedule or pay any inspection fee, the rental license may be suspended or revoked and the tenants relocated from the unit at the priority category's expense.
