§ 35.05 PROCEDURE OF NOTIFICATION; DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES.
   It is hereby enacted by the Board of Commissioners that the County Treasurer is hereby directed to give written notification by regular mail, and notification by publication in the local newspapers, to those persons or entities that are delinquent pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-23-9.
