§ 33.09 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEERS.
   (A)   The Director shall determine that all emergency management volunteer personnel meet the following qualifications before he or she is sworn in as a member:
      (1)   Be at least 18 years of age;
      (2)   Not convicted of a felony; and
      (3)   Complete, and have on file, an application form.
   (B)   Upon satisfaction of the requirements and approval by the Director, the applicant is officially a member of the County Department of Emergency Management.
