§ 36.20 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

(A) Purpose. To establish a policy for county departments containing a process to comply with the requirements of I.C. 36-1-8.5 specifically related to “covered persons” and publically accessible property websites.

(B) Scope. This policy applies to all county-provided public property websites.
