§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.12 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine in any sum not to exceed $1,000. Each separate violation thereof, and each day continued, or renewed, violation thereof, shall constitute a separate offense.
