§ 151.07 PLAT FILING, RECORDATION.
   No plat or replat of a subdivision of real estate, within the jurisdiction of the County Board of Commissioners, shall be accepted for recording by the office of the County Recorder unless it has been first approved by the County Board of Commissioners, and filed with the County Auditor. The owner of real estate described in an approved plat shall present said plat for recordation prior to the transfer of any lot, or parcel, described in said plat, but in no event more than 30 days after approval of said plat. Said owner shall pay the recording and entry fees related to said recording and entry, and shall simultaneously submit to the County Auditor the number plat prints required by this subchapter.
