§ 151.05 RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL USE.
   No real estate shall be subdivided for residential, commercial, or industrial use unless direct access exists to the land over improved public streets or roads, and unless adequate provisions have been made for water, sewage disposal, and utility service, or if such land is unsuitable for development by reason of flooding or improper drainage, objectionable topography, or other features harmful to the health and safety of the occupant, or the county as a whole.
