(A) There is hereby established a County Weed Control Board pursuant to I.C. 15-16-7-3 for the purpose of controlling certain weeds as defined by the statute.
(B) The Board shall consist of the following members, to-wit:
(1) One township trustee of the county;
(2) One Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor;
(3) One representative from the agricultural community of the county;
(4) One appointee of the County Board of Commissioners; and
(5) A cooperative extension service agent from the county as a non-voting advisory capacity.
(C) The members of the Board shall be appointed for a term of four years to be appointed by the County Board of Commissioners, as well as the replacement for vacancies on the Board.
