§ 151.02 APPLICABLE AREAS.
   This subchapter shall apply to all real estate in the county, except those areas within the incorporated and jurisdictional planning areas of municipalities to the extent, from time to time, defined by maps or descriptions recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
