(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 150.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not to exceed $500. Each separate violation thereof, and each day’s violation thereof, shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) The owner, or occupant, of any structure shall each have the obligation of placing said structure in compliance with the provisions of §§ 150.20 through 150.28. If such compliance is not attained within ten days following the written notice of such violation, any owner, or occupant, of any structure not in compliance with §§ 150.20 through 150.28 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 and costs, plus all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the enforcement of compliance with the provisions of §§ 150.20 through 150.28, but in no event to exceed the limit set forth in I.C. 36-1-3-8.
