(A) The Board of Commissioners of the county do hereby create a N.C.I.C./I.D.A.C.S. Governing Board.
(B) The N.C.I.C/I.D.A.C.S. Governing Board shall consist of the County Communications Director, the County Sheriff, the Chief of Police of the City of Huntingburg, and the Chief of Police of the Town of Ferdinand.
(C) Said Board shall serve in concert with the 911 Advisory Board.
(D) Said Board shall advise the Board of Commissioners, as well as the 911 Advisory Board, of issues relative to the operations of the N.C.I.C./I.D.A.C.S. system.
(E) Said Board is created, from among other things, for purposes of compliance with 240 I.A.C. 5-2-10.
