(A) The County Health Department shall conduct inspections of each facility located in the county. The County Health Department shall conduct a minimum of two inspections per year for fixed facilities. Additional inspections may be conducted by the County Health Department as it determines necessary, and/or in response to complaints submitted.
(B) The results of the inspections shall be provided to each operator in written form. Violations noted by the County Health Department shall be corrected immediately, or within the time frame set forth on the inspection report. The Department shall conduct follow up inspections to determine compliance with this chapter, as deemed necessary.
