§ 113.15 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   The following activities are strictly prohibited:
   (A)   Branding;
   (B)   Cutting;
   (C)   Dermal piercing;
   (D)   Implantation;
   (E)   Nullification;
   (F)   Scarification;
   (G)   Skin peeling;
   (H)   Suspension piercing;
   (I)   Tongue bifurcation; and
   (J)   Tongue splitting.
