Hand washing facilities shall be readily accessible in the same room where tattooing or body piercing is provided. A hand sink, supplied with running water at a temperature of a minimum of 100F, liquid antibacterial soap, single use paper towels, and a waste receptacle shall be located in close proximity (within 25 feet) of each artist’s station, and shall be readily accessible, and available, without passing through any door or barrier.
