The tattoo and body piercing facility operator has the responsibility to notify the County Health Department of any change of ownership or employment of licensed tattoo artists at the permitted facility within five business days of its occurrence. Failure to notify the County Department of Health within five business days will result in a $25 fine for each occurrence.
