§ 31.08 EMPLOYEES; EMERGENCY CALL-BACKS OF THE COUNTY HIGHWAY.
   When an hourly employee who has completed his or her normal work day and been released for the day, or who on a Saturday or Sunday non-work day has been called back to work prior to the beginning of the next work day because of an emergency declared by the Board of Commissioners, the supervisor, assistant supervisor, or a 911 operator, shall be paid at a rate of one and one-half times his or her regular rate of pay, computed to the nearest quarter hour, for each hour worked outside the normal work day.
