(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Participating lawfully in speech, or peaceful assembly, opposing any denial of the opportunity to participate, as set forth in § 94.05(B)(2)(b), shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results, shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both; and if death results, shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
