(A) All statutes of the state, and rules and regulations adopted by the State Department of National Resources pursuant to the statute regarding sport fishing, shall be applicable to lakes located upon county-owned lakes located upon county-owned property, except as hereinafter set forth.
(B) The daily bag limit per species taken from any subject lake, and the minimum size limit per species, shall be as follows.

(C) Fishing on any lake located in the south half of the northwest quarter of section 29, township 2 south, range 4 west, shall be prohibited to the public prior to July 1, 1999; provided, however, that subsequent to June 1, 1999, individuals 16 years of age or less may fish on said lake(s).
(D) The County Park Board may, and is now granted authority to, adopt and enforce rules and regulations to:
(1) Establish, open, close, suspend, or limit the use of any lake on county property;
(2) Establish bag and size limits on fish removed from any said lake;
(3) Establish limits on the number of individuals using any said lake; and/or
(4) Establish any other necessary rule or regulation to administer this section.
(E) Any such rule or regulation of the County Park Board may change, amend, modify, or suspend any provision contained in divisions (B) and (C) above. Any rule or regulation established by said County Park Board shall become effective only after proper public notice.
(F) Any person who violates a provision of this section, or of a rule or regulation adopted by the County Park Board under authority granted hereunder, shall commit a Class C infraction.
