§ 71.23 COUNTY ROADS, HIGHWAYS.
   (A)   An off-road vehicle operated on county roads shall be used only as a means of transportation by farmers in connection with their farm operation, or non-farmers engaged in agricultural activities pertaining to farming operations.
   (B)   Off-road vehicles traveling on county roads and highways must have lights burning at all times, travel in single file on the right-hand side of the road, and maintain a minimum of 100 feet between vehicles, and observe the restrictions of state law.
