The County Board of Commissioners hereby ratify and confirm the provisions of state law for the use of three and four wheelers in the county and, pursuant to the authority for local control of local highways, hereby authorize the use of three and four wheeler vehicles (excluding snowmobiles) on county roads and highways outside the corporate limits of incorporated cities and towns, and alleys of an unincorporated town or village, subject to limitations herein.
