§ 71.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-ROAD VEHICLE. A motor driven vehicle of at least four wheels capable of cross-country travel without the benefit of a road, and on, or immediately over, land, water, snow, ice, marsh, swampland, or other natural terrain. The term OFF-ROAD VEHICLE shall not include any farm vehicle being used for farming, a snowmobile, any other vehicle properly registered by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, any watercraft that is registered under state statutes, or a golf cart vehicle.
