(A) The Policies and Procedures and Classification Plan shall be part of the system of personnel administration for the city; and is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein. The plan shall be at the Dry Ridge City Building open for public inspection during normal working hours.
(B) The Policies and Procedures and Classification Plan may be waived, altered, or suspended only by change of ordinance.
