§ 36.30  ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby duly ordained and established and re-established for the city a city safety division/department complete with police officers and personnel of the city being and to be known as the “City of Dry Ridge Police Department.”
   (B)   The officers and personnel of the Police Department shall be as heretofore provided and ordained in and within the City of Dry Ridge’s Personnel Policies and Procedures as position descriptions, pages 99 through 236, duly enacted and ordained October to November of 2007; and be duly classified and compensated as to grade as set forth and provided for in and within the City of Dry Ridge’s Classification and Compensation Plan under authorized classes duly enacted, resolved and/or ordained October to November of 2007.
