§ 32.21  MEETINGS.
   (A)   (1)   The regular business meeting required by KRS 83A.130(11) of and for the City Council shall and is hereby fixed and set to be had on the first and third Monday of each calendar-month, beginning at the hour of 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the Dry Ridge City Building, 31 Broadway, Dry Ridge, Grant County, Kentucky 41035.       (2)   If a regular business meeting, as defined in division (A)(1) of this section, occurs on an authorized city holiday, the regular business meeting shall move to the next business day following the holiday at the same time and location and be deemed a regular meeting.    (B)   An auxiliary-ancillary meeting, if required, for or by the City Council, whereat city matters and business regular, requisite, or necessary, including discussions general or in caucus or in the nature of caucus, may be addressed, considered, or ordained in due course, shall be had and the same is hereby fixed and set and to be had on the third Monday of each calendar-month, beginning at the hour of 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the City Building, 31 Broadway, Dry Ridge.
   (C)   At an auxiliary-ancillary meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (D)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
