The following fees shall be charged by the County Planning Commission for the purposes enumerated:
(A) Zone change: Fee
(1) Text amendment $150
(2) Map amendment $150
(3) Postponement or continuance of scheduled
public hearing on zone change application
unless preceded by at least seven days written
notice to the Chairperson of the Planning
Commission $150
(B) Comprehensive Plan change:
(1) As a part of a requested zoning change No Charge
(2) When requested and not a part of a
zoning change application $150
(C) Plat approvals:
(1) Preliminary plat $100
(2) Improvement plat $75
(3) Final plat $50
(4) Convenience plat $15
(5) Minor subdivision plat $100
(D) Special meetings: $300
(Special called meetings not regularly scheduled)
(E) Conditional use applications:
(1) In agricultural and residential 1, 2, and 3 zones $50
(2) In residential 4 and 5 residential mobile home parks $75
(3) In highway commercial, neighborhood commercial and neighborhood shopping center zones $200
(F) Site plan review:
(1) In Al, R1, R3 and RMHP $75
(2) In R4 and R5 zones $125
(3) In HC, NC and NSC zones $125
(4) In Industrial zones $175
(G) Zoning permits: $25
(In any zone)
(H) Sign permits:
(1) Home occupation $30
(2) Business sign; building mtd. $60
(3) Business sign; ground mtd. $60
(4) Billboards $175
(I) Temporary commercial display $35
(J) Appeals and variances:
(1) Residential uses $50
(2) Any other use $100
(K) Copies of documents:
(1) Photocopies, any size $.25 per page

(3) Subdivision regulations $15
(4) Comprehensive plan $15
(L) All fees are payable at the time the application is filed or action is requested and shall not be refundable.
(M) No application shall be accepted by the Planning Commission of Grant County nor any action taken by the Planning Commission of Grant County until the required fee has been paid.
(N) All ordinances, resolutions and/or orders or parts thereof in conflict with this section are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. (Ord. 423-1987, passed - -87)
