§ 150.20  ELECTRIC INSPECTION SERVICE TO FURNISH CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL TO THE CITY.
   The Electric Inspection Service shall furnish to the city a certificate approving the rough-in wiring, and shall furnish to the city a certificate approving the wiring when installation is complete.

§ 150.21  FURNISHING ELECTRICAL CURRENT TO STRUCTURE PRIOR TO INSPECTION AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, including any supplier of electricity, to connect with or furnish electrical current to any structure within the corporate limits of the city, until after the electrical installation shall have been inspected and approved by the service, and a certificate of approval issued by the service, and filed with the City Clerk/Treasurer.

§ 150.22  CONTRACTORS TO HAVE CITY OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE; REVOCATION FOR NONCOMPLIANCE.
All contractors who perform electrical wiring in the city or who install electrical equipment, shall possess the required city occupational license. Should any contractor possessing an occupational license from the city fail to abide by the terms of this subchapter, such failure shall be grounds for the revocation of his occupational license.
