The purpose of this subchapter is to promote and protect the public safety of the citizens of Dry Ridge and, to the greatest extent possible, protect their property, by establishing a standard for the installation of electrical wiring and equipment promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association. The city does not assume liability for electrical wiring done, or electrical equipment installed, by virtue of requiring such to be inspected by a certified inspector.
