§ 115.03 APPLICATION AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR YARD/GARAGE SALES.

All property owners desiring to conduct a private or participate in a sponsored, city-wide yard or garage sale, shall make an application for the yard/garage sale permit to the City Clerk/Treasurer. There will be no fee or charge for the permit.
