(A) Except as provided in this section, a property owner shall hold not more than two (2) yard or garage sales within a calendar-year and such yard or garage sale shall not be more than two (2) consecutive calendar-days in duration.
(B) The limitation in subsection (A), shall not apply to a property owner holding a yard or garage sale under the auspices of city-wide sales sponsored periodically by the city.
