Any person desiring to continue, have, maintain or operate any amusement area, amusement place, amusement business, amusement establishment, amusement game, amusement device, amusement machine or amusement activity in or upon business premises or property within the city, shall make written application to the City Clerk/Treasurer, for issuance of an amusement permit having attached all data and relevant information as required by this chapter and paying to Clerk/Treasurer, all charges and fees as required by this chapter.
