§ 113.05 REMISSION OF FEES; PREMIUMS RETURNED TO POLICY HOLDERS.

The licensing fees and tax on insurance policies imposed hereby in §§ 113.02 and 113.03 of this chapter and to be remitted to the city as provided in § 113.04 hereinabove, shall be subject to that credit concerning premiums returned to policy holders provided for in KRS 91A080(3).
