(A) Any pawnbroker or pawnbroker’s clerk who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and his license may be forfeited to the city. (B) Any pawnbroker who violates any of the provisions of § 112.03(B) shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (KRS 226.990(3))
