(A) Any violation of §§ 98.25 through 98.33 shall be punishable by a civil fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) per violation, plus cost of legal fees.
(B) Each day or part thereof shall constitute a separate violation of §§ 98.25 through 98.33.
(C) Date of violation will start when found and continue until the violation has been remedied.
