(A) The actual day-to-day operations of 911 services shall be governed by any and all controlling laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States together with the provisions of any interlocal agreement forthcoming and entered into by the city and any other governmental unit or legislative body concerning the 911 emergency telephone service.
(B) Any forthcoming interlocal agreement necessary and referred to herein must be approved by the City Council.
